When trying to upload a new version and migrate the existing data, we found that GAP animal species and models were being duplicated.  This was likely because a certain script was being called again before the first time was completely finished.

The system now checks for existing data, and will prevent additional data to be added if partial data is already present.

The site was previously not recovering from content deletions while the content was in a processing state.  The content linked to the process node would be deleted and the process node would not have a way of updating the content with the results from the analysis, so would ungracefully stall the processing queue.

Code has been added to check for the linked content's presence and apply a special status code when this situation occurs.  The issue is not handled Pending, Processing, and Staging states.

The status messages for Plans and Structures, as the analyses are being performed and completed, are now Ajax enabled, which allows the users to view the changing statuses without having to refresh the page.  This makes for a much more professional feel, as having to do page refreshes are so early 2000's.  ;-)

Added three sections on the homepage which better advertise the site's purpose, including ones for crossing plans, structures, and interactive maps.  They include a short description of each, and are intended to help non-registered users learn more about the website.

Like the homepage banner, these three section become hidden after the user logs in.

For the Structure Use Models and Animal Frequency Models, when the structure point was on top of the landcover class with a significant stepwise coefficient, the model was not including this value in the calculation since it was multiplying it by zero (before adding it to the result).  The model now (correctly) multiplies the coefficient by one, and now includes this in the result.

This bug didn't drastically change the results, but it is now more accurate in the calculation.

This seems like an important set of permissions.

We don't want users to be able to view other user's data (structures and plans), as that could lead to scenarios we want to avoid.  This would reveal who else has accounts, and what locations they are interested in, as well as other things.

At the moment, Plans and Structures are only viewable by those who create them (except for administrators).

Completed the import of all Animal Frequency Models (AFM) for all species and species groups.  This included created the crosswalk to the CROSPLAN species pages.

The AFM are still being tested and we may not show them to all users as there are still a few kinks to work out.

Implemented a versioning system for the website.

For each version, an administrator can add a "Change" or "Update" description which will be associated with that version.

This will allow users to see changes made to the site over time, and have an idea of what features are new between versions.

To show some important changes made to previously releases, we will back-fill some changes made to previous releases so this can be documented.

Created a help subsystem which will provide additional help for users.  This is in addition to the help blocks on the various content forms since there is often an expectation for more structured help.  We will provide "How To" references for common website operations.

The first created was "How to create a Crossing Plan" and others will be added over time.
