0.2.0 Beta

Update recweb.ucdavis.edu with the latest changes (version 0.2.0).  This will allow beta testers to start testing the latest features and also allow some users a sneak peek into future updates, such as the Animal Frequency Model (AFM) which will be part of the Structures framework.

Add an image banner on the homepage to make it more appealing to new comers.  This image becomes hidden after the user logs in, as the homepage links to the user's content takes its place.

The Structure Use Models and Animal Frequency Models can now be updated by the user to see how changes in the structure size or material used affects the expected likelihood.  The models also permit update to the distance to the landcover classes, as changing the distance to water might change the likelihood.

To permit these changes, Javascript code was added to prevent certain fields from being updated, such as those that would break the system.

While the regional map will clip data at a 10km x 10km area, the vicinity map clips data by 1km x 1km.  This provides an alternative to the larger region, as only data from 1 square kilometer is needed.

The vicinity map shows up inside the Plan's regional map on the plan page.

A download button for vicinity data appears below the regional data download button.

For the data listed, where individual layers can be downloaded, only the regional data is available currently.

Completed the import of all modeled species for the Structure Use Model (SUM).  These will all be active during the next development to testing upgrade.
